As well as providing low cost dedicated servers, Serversure can also offer fully managed dedicated hosting solutions for clients who want us to take care of all aspects of their web presence. As client requirements differ so much we tend to price this on a bespoke basis following discussions of your individual needs. Some of the services that would typically be included are:-

• Provision of one or more fully maintained web servers (with separate database servers if required) including all necessary software licences

• Pro-active operating system management including initial "hardening" of systems and ongoing application of security patches and service packs as necessary

• Supply and maintenance of a dedicated hardware firewall configured to your individual requirements

• Provision of inclusive guaranteed internet connectivity from our own managed data centre, often at discount rates for bulk users

• Full/incremental backups of all the data on your server(s) including secure off-site tape storage

• Database management - including support for most popular relational databases. This includes installation, monitoring, performance tuning and backups

• Application Support - we can help to maintain/upgrade your application code and have experience of most popular languages on Linux and Windows platforms
